The Moment.

My name's Andrew Kelly and I'm pretty average.
Well pretty average for a guy who has magical powers. But pretty average all of the same.
Last year I found out that I was a " Wizard". That there was an explanation for things I did that no one could explain. That there was a reason my father got more anxious as the years went on.
My name's Andrew Kelly and I'm a Muggle-born wizard.
And this is my story.

The Day Before.

Chapter 1

It was a typical Sunday. No post ( as usual)  and of course I was ready for school the next day. I hated my school.  St Michael's School for the Troubled.   I'm wasn't  " troubled" .  I was just ... different.  The rest of the kids that went there were troubled;delinquents, mentally ill, run aways . The lot.
But that day it was my father that seemed troubled. He was clutching this letter with a wax seal on the back which was weird for two reasons.

1. Who uses wax seals anymore?
2. No Post on Sundays.

Just seeing the letter stirred excitement inside me. I hadn't got a clue why but it did.
My father saw me standing staring at it and quickly left. Mysterious right?
Anyway I shrugged it off and prepared for the next week of hell at school.
Unfortunately I couldn't just shrug it off. Curiosity took over me . I went to find that letter.

I found it . Took me a while but I did.  And just like your letters were addressed to you, this one was addressed to me.  I didn't have any friends at my school. No family who would want to keep in touch with me.  So it really confused me on who would send me this letter.

Unfortunatly just as I was about to break the seal my dad came in and took it off me.  What an anti-climax huh. So I was sent to bed and I just had to wait till the next day.
