The Ravenclaw Common Room is in Ravenclaw Tower. It has sweeping windows which give an excellent view of the mountains. The carpet is midnight blue, and the ceiling has stars painted upon it. It is filled with book cases, and there is a marble statue of Rowena Ravenclaw. To enter the Common Room, students must knock using an eagle door knocker, and then answer a riddle. If you don’t know the answer, you have to wait for someone to come along who does know it. It is also possible for highly intelligent students of other Houses to enter our Common Room, as Minerva McGonagall solved a riddle quite easily.
