Catherine Barnes stood silently in the dim room, and the chill in the air set a mood similar to that of a horror movie. Across from her stood three Disney Villains: Mother Gothel, Jafar, and none other than Maleficent herself. None of them saw Cathy. She was as good as translucent.

  In the corner, wrapped in chains, was Rapunzel, tears streaming down her face. In another corner, on the opposite side of the room and behind the Villains, was Flynn Rider, hunched over and unconscious. Rapunzel was yelling, screaming even, at them. "Please! Let me heal him and I'll do whatever you want, go wherever you want me to go! Just let me heal him!"

  Jafar turned to Mother Gothel, and she kept her stone cold look as she slowly shook her head. "You can't tame a pet by giving it everything it wants." Rapunzel began to sob even louder.

  Jafar growled at the increase in volume, and raised his cane at Rapunzel. "Stop, you wretched girl!" A clang echoed through the room as he brought the cobra-topped cane down onto the floor. It would have knocked Rapunzel out if she didn't have nimble feet and scurried out of the way. She hated to think of having the same fate as her beloved Eugene (Flynn).

  "Don't you hurt her!" Cathy exclaimed, and she attempted to shove Jafar, but she stumbled through him. As she began to scream obscenities at the Villains, Maleficent announced, "The time is near."

  Cathy awoke.
