Once you have your first course selected,you will most likely need a textbook.Read through the introduction to your course and find out what textbook you will be required to check out.Once you know the title,head over to the Hogwarts Library and add it to your bookshelf.The very first thing you should do once you have checked out your text book is Read The Chapter Titles and/or Introduction.This will give you a brief overview of the things you will be able to find in this textbook,and when you have a question,you will know where to find the answer.Once you know the basic contents of the book,we encourage that you skim through Each Chapter,to prepare yourself for the information this course will require of you.

Now that you are aware of the contents of each individual chapter,you can begin to start assignments.When working on an assignment,feel free to come back to your textbook to find the answers to something you hadn't know before.Knowing the contents of your textbooks,could save you Time and possibly House Points in the future.
