Penny Haywood was an amazing witch and I only had the pleasure of meeting her on a few occasions I knew her for several reasons.

1) She was in Charlie and Tonks class at Hogwarts. (1984 - 1991)

2) She was excellent at potions. Uncle even considered her one of his best student

3) She was a Hufflepuff just like Tonks.

4) She belonged to the Circle of Khanna.

Personally, I think my uncle hated that a Hufflepuff was brilliant at potions but there you go.

Just like me, my parents and uncle she was a half-blood witch, although she was born to a Muggle father and a Muggle-born witch mother.

She also had a younger sister Beatrice, who was also sorted into Hufflepuff and was 2 years above me. Penny is an incredibly friendly person and at school was always very popular. The thing I remember most about her was that her hair was bright blonde and came down in several plaits.

I also remember that she has bright blue eyes just like me, it made somewhat of an impact on me when I was young. Penny had been born in London, close to where I lived but I never got to spend any time with her because every summer she would spend time with her family and Muggle friend Scarlett in the countryside.

I still see her every so often. And it is nice to talk to her.
