Professor Snape was heading to his office down in the dungeon to grab a few things before he went to teach his first ever potions class. He grabbed a few potion ingredients from his personal stores that included Lacewing flies, boomslang skin, and a bezoar then he left the room and headed to his classroom. He got to his classroom where everybody sat respectfully waiting for him. He got out his own cauldron and demonstrated to the class how to make their first potion. The class watched him carefully and got everything correct. The entire class got full marks for the day. Everyone left and Professor Snape sat at his desk and thought to himself that that lesson was a complete success and he might actually really like to teach potions. He did think that Hermione Granger could one day become the potions master if she wished.
