Everything I have written so far has felt more like a learning experience. Whether you think what I write is great or boring or perhaps just mundane. Over the last few months, I can at least tell you that what I have been writing has not only been part of my story but it has been a realisation of many things. There are stories about my childhood, about my children and their childhoods. Our school, our professors and so much more. Sometimes we don’t want to acknowledge or accept things that have gone on in life but we have to. The pain, trauma and grief that I experienced will forever be something I challenge not just now but on a day-to-day basis. The close bond I share with the Weasleys, Malfoys and Potters has made my sister’s trial incredibly tough. I was allowed to speak but not to comment at the proceedings. I thought giving this to you in play/script form was the easiest.
