Chapter 5
Cheese and Pretzel Broomsticks
1. Melt white chocolate according to package instructions
2. Dip pretzel halfway into melted chocolate, slowly spinning to shake off excess. Lay on wax paper to harden.
3. Melt red chocolate according to package instructions.
4. Fill pastry bag carefully as it will be warm. Drizzle across dipped pretzels
5. Sprinkle lighting bolts on pretzels immediately so they’ll stick.
