IDK i found some of my old documents from when i was in 3 - 6 grade. IDK i got bored so thought it could be a funny thing to publish this book :P BTW yes there will prob be lots of spelling errors but if you look to see what grade the story it was written in then you will prob understand. Komodo Dragons
I think Komodo dragons are the most interesting animals in the world. Did you know that Komodo dragons live only on four island of Indonesia. The islands are Komodo, Flores, Rinca and Gili Motang.
Habitats
Komodo dragons live on four islands in Indonesia. They're not that many Komodo dragons living on earth in Indonesia. Komodo dragons live only on four different islands in Indonesia. You can find them on the Komodo Island, Flores, Rinca and Gili Motang. Komodo dragons live on islands near the northwest shores of Australia. In Indonesia part of the year it rains. Komodo dragons are cold blooded animals. When it rains Komodo dragons dig burrows so when it rains they go in them to keep cool. Komodo dragons have basically no enemies other than other Komodo dragons and humans.
Behaviors
One of the Komodo dragons behaviors is Komodo dragons fight with other Komodo dragons. Komodo dragons have bacteria in their mouths but when Komodo dragon's bite each other but the bacteria in their mouths don’t harm each other. Komodo dragons like to eat each other for food. They are carnivores, ten percent of their diet is baby Komodo dragons. Baby Komodo dragons roll around in their own poop so bigger Komodo dragons don't eat them. Baby Komodo dragons also spend most of their life time in trees, also adult Komodo dragons don’t eat them.
Did you know that Komodo dragons have reddish, greenish and gray skin color. Komodo dragons can reach a length up to ten feet long and can weigh up to two hundred pounds. Komodo dragons have a forked tongue like a snake to smell prey just about four miles away. Also Komodo dragons hunt during the day because they don’t see very well at night. These large lizards have reddish saliva, they have fifty different types of bacteria in their mouth. In one bite their prey will die in one day up to one week. Komodo dragons can run 8-13 MPH. They can see 4 miles away. That is the size of 3 football fields.

Komodo dragons are really cool animals that we need to protect because people kill them for coats,pursis,shoes,handbags, leather.Komodo dragons are really really cool and they are going extinct because of the humans that live there i think they should not use the Komodo dragons as bags
