The love that never was
Chapter 1
There are many fan fictions about Hermione and Draco, Hermione and Harry, Hermione and Ron and even one I have seen with Hermione and Ginny. BUT, due to the fact that she was almost put in Ravenclaw I want to explore the world of Percione that is the world of Percy and Hermione. From the very start Hermione turns to Percy for notes on studying, classes, library tips. Don’t go saying there is an age difference because there’s only 5 years between Hermione and Percy whereas there are 6 between me and Charlie. 2 I think between Bill and Fleur…
What is also interesting to note is that Percy was able to achieve 12 Outstanding Grades whereas Hermione got 11 Outstanding Grades and 1 Exceeds Expectations. I always thought this to be rather funny. But apparently not. I got O’s in the important classes.
If they had become a couple she would still have become a Weasley and perhaps he would have been somewhat less annoying than he is now. She may have brought out the sweeter kinder of him but instead she chose to become a couple with her friend Ron. Personally, and through experience. I think this is because Hermione had been through more than their fair share together and formed a bond that was far closer than anyone else could break.
Honestly, I’m glad they did. Hermione makes Ron more intelligent somehow and Ron makes Hermione a nicer person to be around. Percy and Audrey on the other hand are fairly well balanced. Two sides of the same coin if you will.
