HDN and WM combining?

From the google form, I took all the questions and I can answer them!
Q:If they merged would they keep the magazine and the newspaper or combine them?
A:We would make one newspaper! We would have to talk about more of the details though.
Q:Why are we (maybe) joining? For how long?
A: To help create peace and a steady work enviorment, this would likley be permanant.
Q: Can there be a second publisher to help me when I can't publish the articles?
A: This was writen by a publisher for WM. Yes, at HDN we currently have three publishers, so there would deffinitly be help :)
Q: Will procedures change dramatically if the two join?
A: No, we do things similarly, they give assignments, but as a reader nothing will change except more structure, in the issues.
Q:I was just wondering why they might join?
A: To create peace, and help WM out. There are lots of bennifits for both sides.
Q:Will people still be in their same leadership positions?
A: Yes and No. At HDN we have a big leadership scale from Interns, then to Writers, then if we see potential, a Head writer. Then potentially a Manager, then a Head Manager. We are most likly going to do a trial run to see how the managers of WM manage with a really active group. Then we will tell them about all the responsibilities of a manager and they can get started.

A: We have not got that far in planning.
