O is for:
OBSCURUS: I have often been likened to this but a true obscurus is a person that is unable to control their powers and often lives only to the age of 10 or 11. They rarely make it to adulthood which is such a terrible thing.
OCCLAMENCY: Reading the thoughts of another.
OLLIVANDERS: A shop in Diagon Alley that sells wands and the Olivander family have been doing that for hundreds of years.
OUTSTANDING: This is the top pass mark for anyone that takes their exams OWL or NEWTS.
OWL: By this I mean both the animal itself, the letters that we get that are OWLs and the exams we take.
OWLERY: This is literally the place where the owls that we keep come to roost.
