JACOB KOWALSKI: A No-Mag or Muggle as they are called here, Jacob is an American of Polish descent and and excellent baker I hear.
JAMES POTTER: There are 2 very different James Potters. The first is James Potter Snr. He is the one that was romantically interested in Severina Snape and married Lily Evans. The second is James Sirius Potter that is the grandson of the first James Potter and son of Harry and Ginny Potter.
JARVEY: This is a magical animal that is a large weasel type creature, and can be rented in order to de-gnome gardens.
JINX: Spell that is a minor irritation.
JOBBERKNOLL: A bright blue bird that makes no sound until just before it dies when it suddenly screams every sound it has ever heard backwards.
