An incantation is the words for the spell & it needs to be verbally correct. Wand movements assist in casting spells as well as words. Willpower is the amount of magical force you use to cast a spell & you do this mentally. Concentration is the amount of focus you put when casting spells.

Wand Movement: Jab then an upward flick
Willpower: High to very high
Concentration: Moderate

Incantation: Wingardium Leviosa (win-GAR-dee-um levi-O-sa)
Wand Movement: Swish and flick
Willpower: Low
Concentration: Moderate
