What if Rue didn't die?
Chapter 4
Poor Rue didn't have to die, she could've lived on.
1) Katniss, Peeta and Rue would all become the victors of the 74th Hunger Games. Then the Victory Tour would be different.
2) Peeta dies from his cut. Katniss and Rue are the only ones left. The Gamemakers have no choice but to let both of them be the victors because Rue and Katniss aren't gonna kill each other.
3) Before Cato died he took Katniss down with him. The two were torn apart by the muttations. Peeta has Rue kill him because he can't live without Katniss.
