I'd feel sorry for Katniss because NO one is better than Cinna. He has the best designs ever!
1) Katniss would have gotten some designer that would have some coal outfits not fire. Katniss wouldn't be called the girl who was on fire.
2) She could've had Portia instead if Cinna. Peeta would have Cinna, and Peeta would be called the boy on fire.
