There is a lot we can learn from Luna Lovegood. She has a simpler way of life, as she does not worry so much about having friends, or being popular. She did what she thought was right, and said what she wanted to. She didn't have to worry about opinions, because her own opinions were enough for her.

For being a person who cares so little about what others think, she was very nice. She was a whole new kind of polite. She respected others and their opinions, yet she said things that might be thought of as rude. Mainly, she just didn't have secrets. She told people what she thought, and didn't hide certain opinions from certain people just to be polite. She never seemed angry, or rude. She simply just told the truth, and didn't pretend to be someone else. Many of today's witches and wizards could learn something from her.
