House Pride - Hufflepuff: Part 2
Hufflepuff was founded by Helga Hufflepuff and is one of the four houses at Hogwarts. Since Hufflepuff’s element is earth, their colors are yellow and black. Yellow is representing wheat while black represents the soil. Hufflepuffs animal is also a badger. Students in this house tend to show exceptional abilities in Herbology, since their element is earth. Students in Hufflepuff are known to be hard-working, honest, friendly, and honest.
Hufflepuffs also have a strong moral code, a scene of whats wrong and what's right, and are accepting of everyone. When Hufflepuff was first created, Helga Hufflepuff wanted to only accept any witch or wizard that was less talented, but this has not been the case since Hufflepuff has created many great witches and wizards. At first, Hufflepuff seems to be the house with no rivalry between the houses.
Though this is true, the only time they did have a rivalry was in the Triwizard Tournament. Because of this rivalry, this put a lot of stain on the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff relationship, but this was fixed in 1998 when a majority of Hufflepuffs rose to defeat Pansy Parkinson in order to defend Harry Potter.
