Chapter 4
I am not a bad person, or even a mean person, but I am always judged. Just because I am in Slytherin and a Malfoy does not mean I am a bad person.Yes, I still visit my Aunt Bellatrix (everybody thinks she's dead!) once in a while, which is a huge inspiration to me. Yes I look up to my aunt, just because she's killed and tortured a few people does not mean she is the meanest or worst person in the world (I still hold that grudge against Grindelwald!). I guess i'm not the best person either though, sometimes bullying other kids in my year.
As of now, I am in the slytherin dorm rooms doing my homework for Professor Draekon. I love potions.
As I finish I get up to go turn it in. I do not have potions tomorrow and the professor said it was alright for me to turn it into him tonight. So I walk through the the Slytherithen commons area and get the normal odd looks. Let’s just say I can have quite the reputation at times. My aunt is The Bellatrix Lestraunge and I was raised by The Narsissa Malfoy, people know me.
As I walk down the hall to the potions classroom I see Draco. He is pointing his wand at a first year and shouting at him. I hurry over and put a hand on his shoulder. His head snapps around to face me and I raise an eyebrow.
“What are you doing?” I ask.
“This kid needs to learn a lesson! He was trying to put the Confringo curse on my bag!” I rolled my eyes. The kid looked up and I could see that he was in Gryffindor by the red on his robes.
“I-I was trying to do the cheering ch-charm,” he stuttered.
“See Draco it’s fine.” He rolled his eyes and let the kid go. When he was out of ear shot I glared at Draco.
“Seriously!”
“What?” He said folding his arms.
“You should really just let it go, he's a kid.”
“You know what, you just have a soft spot for kids, Aunt Bella would be so disappointed in you.”
“I do not! And keep your voice down, were the only ones here who even know she’s alive! Plus, you wouldn’t hurt him anyways, we both know that.”
“Says who I wouldn’t?”
“Say’s me, you wouldn’t hurt a fly.”
“It looked like I hurt you when Aunt Bella was teaching you how to dule!”
I stopped walking and glared at him.
“Look, just because you beat me once does not mean you beat me everytime, if I remember correctly you beat me once and I beat you every other time we dule!”
“Whatever.”
I knew I had won the argument. I missed visiting Aunt Bella more often, yes she was a little harsh, but I think everybody had misjudged her. She had been threatened by the minishty all her life and grew up believing in Him. There was no way she could have stopped even if she had wanted to. I personally believe in pure blood, but I don’t think we can do anything about it. And I don’t treat people differently because of their blood stasis either, it's not their fault it's their parents fault.
I had to walk by the Gryffindor commons door to get to potions. I see a whole bunch of Gryffindors inside and smile to myself when they wave to me and smile at me. See, I guess everybody has a good and a bad side.
