The Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare (S.P.E.W.) is an organization found by Hermione ( me ). It was created in 1994 , by the result of what I saw about how were the elves treated. Elves need their rights to be liberated, they should not have masters, but if they do, masters should treat them equally and nicely. Chapter 3
Winky was a female house-elf, who served Barty Crouch Senior. Winky's duty continued after her mother and grandmother died after serving Barty Crouch. Winky was a good elf, but compared to Dobby, she was a bit lazy. As she was working in Hogwarts, she was tired of doing her work. Winky knew the darkest secrets of the Crouch Family, but she didn't tell us. After Winky was liberated, she still thought that she had a same master.
