We all suffer from something all the time, even though most people don't realize it.


1) Write
Write down whatever comes to mind. Your days. Keep as a kind of journal

2) Dance
Free yourself by the means that seem best suited to what you are going through

3) Live
Pretend your pain isn't there. Tell yourself, "I am strong, and I am the one who decides my life and what is inside. So suffering, go away. "
