We all wanted to destroy ourselves, think we were less than nothing. But this is totally wrong. Everyone has value, their value. Here are some tips to help you:
1) Torn
Tear things up, like sheets of paper (making sure there is nothing written or drawn on it, otherwise you will feel guilty.)
2) Drinks
Drink a few fresh things with every meal every day
3) Sport
Do sport, it will change your mind and you will exercise, both in physical effort and in letting your feelings go
4) speak
Talk to a trusted friend. A friend is always there to help and support you
5) fight
Do what you love, make one of your dreams come true, and all if possible
