Chapter 1: Wanting to commit suicide

We all went through something difficult in our life, and after that we wanted to kill ourselves. But this is quite normal, because you are upset (see Part 1). Don't kill yourself, but instead follow these tips:
1) Meditation
Do meditation three times a day for a minimum of a week. (preferably in the morning, noon and evening). It will relax you.
2) read
Reading will change your ideas and propel you into a fantasy world and make you forget your worries
3) dance
Dance to free yourself, to express yourself without a word
4) Time
Let time act. Keep patience
I know it's hard, but only time makes it right
