Losing your partner is very painful. But by following these tips, I guarantee you will get better.


1) Do things you love
Like for example, your passion

2) Dance, sing, draw
Find a way to free yourself from your emotions without revealing them out loud

3) Talk to your best friend
A best friend always finds solutions to all your problems

4) Try to win back your mate / mate.
Better to try, there is nothing to lose. Explain why he / she left you
