Sturdy wands are less common than springy ones. They take more effort to teach, but have a little more power.

Inflexible wands are rare. They are difficult to teach, and are powerful, but not overly so.

Rigid wands are easily the most powerful wands and the hardest to teach. They are also known as unyielding.

Special case wands include delicate and feisty ones.

Delicate wands need special care, and often choose frailer witches and wizards. Once a spell is learned, they tend to be less strong, but far more reliable.

Feisty wands aren't stiff, but they aren't flexible either. They have more of a mind than other wands, and often add power to spells than the witch or wizard might want.
