Mental Health tips for shifting
Chapter 5
Now, as of the fact that when shifting, we are mainly using our mind, as it is what transfers us into the different reality, here are some tips for what and what not to do.
What to do:
Meditate as it clears your mind
-If you find it hard to just sleep and shift, then try find methods you can do to help
-Try and visualize where you are going so it makes it easier for you to shift
-Say affirmations, e.g. "I am curently shifting to hogwarts", "i am/(have) shifted"
-Listen to subliminals (mainly some that relate to where you are going or makes you think about it)
-Tell yourself that you can shift and that it is easy
-Act like as if you have already shifted (this tricks your mind into thinking you have done it before and it will make it easier)
What not to do:
-Never overstress or overthink
-Telling yourself you can't shift or that shifting is hard (this will only make it harder)
-Don't distract yourself and try to concentrate
