Health tips for shifting

Chapter 4

Shifting takes out a lot of energy in your body, which is why many people get sleep-deprived after shifting. So not only do you need a clean mindset for when shifting, you also need to make sure that you are staying physically healthy.


Some tips to stay active are:


-Drink water and stay hydrated


-Make sure you are eating enough


-Meditate, it helps reduce stress, and controls anxiety


-Sleep well


By the way, these are not the tips for shifting yet, right now it is tips to keep you physically energised so for when you do shift, your body has enough energy to help you shift.
