Now that we are coming to the end of this book, I will be giving some extra tips to help shift and more stuff to write in your script.
Extra body tips:
Shifting works much better if you have showered, and wearing fresh clothes, it helps you feel refreshed and relaxed.
You can wear a blanket when shifting, because you are still sleeping, but with your mind flowing somewhere else
Take naps or relax throughout the day, it helps you get tired for bed
Don't have lots of things that have caffeine or it will keep you wide awake and hard for you to sleep
Extra mind tips:
Stay calm, focused and visualised
Deep breaths
No stressing while trying to shift
Extra things to write in your script:
You don't do anything embarrassing in public
No COVID-19
(this one is quite cool) You know how to speak a different language in your desired reality (fluently of course) and you script that you will remember how to speak it when you shift back into your current reality
