Methods are not required, they are just there to simply help you shift!
Lay on your back or stomach in a starfish position where none of your limbs are touching. Breathe in and out until you have your breathing steady. Start counting from 1-100. In between each number say an affirmation "One, I am shifting, two, I am shifting". When you reach 100 keep repeating affirmations, or just visualize your DR and fall asleep, when you wake up you should be in your DR! Do Not Move!!!
Reminder: You may not shift successfully on your first try, but each time you attempt that's one attempt closer to shifting!
