Shifting is a rather complicated topic to understand fully, so I'll try and explain this the easiest I can.

Einstein's E=MC2 means that energy cannot be created nor can it be destroyed, basically meaning, if you can visualize it, then it already exists. That's right! Fictional realms are realities as well! Yes, there is a reality where you exist in My Hero Academia, Hogwarts, Star Wars, etc. All you have to do is shift your consciousness to that reality!

We live in what's called a multiverse. There's an infinite amount of universes that exist along with ours. Our reality is simply just one reality out of these billions of others. Our consciousness is what we shift to our desired realities (DR). When shifting to these other realities we are simply becoming more aware of that one than our own.

Fun Fact: We shift pretty much every second! Each choice you make opens another reality where you did not make that choice.
