Chapter 9
THE PILLOW METHOD
-write down affirmations on a piece of paper
- repeat them before bed and sleep with them under your pillow
THE SUNNY METHOD
-lay in a starfish position
-imagine your in your dr bedroom
-say affirmations
THE RAVEN METHOD
-play subs on a loop
-be sleepy or half asleep
-lay in a starfish position
- DO NOT MOVE ( ignore all urges you get to itch an itch anything like that)
-count from 1-100 with your eyes closed
-while counting to 100 say affirmations after each number (1, i have shifted, 2, i have shifted, 3 i have shifted, etc.) while visualizing your dr
- once you have gotten to 100 you should keep say affirmations while falling asleep
-when you wake up you should be in your dr
