hey!! this is a book talking about all things shifting related, in other words ill explain what to do and how to do it, good luck shifting my loves!!!!

Shifting Methods

Chapter 8
THE INTENT METHOD
-be very sleepy or half asleep
-visualize scenes from your dr
-once you are about to fall asleep say " I intend on waking up in my desired reality"
-fall asleep then you should wake up in your dr

THE JULIA METHOD
this method is an awake method you do not need to fall asleep for it however it will still work if you end up falling asleep
-Lay down comfortably in a starfish position
-repeat "i am" in your head over and over again until you start to feel symptoms of shifting (tingling, twitching, bright lights, feeling the room spin, or your surroundings change)
-once you feel symptoms, slowly count from 1-100. once you reach 100, continue to say affirmations, "i have shifted" "i am in my dr", etc. until you feel your surroundings change (or until you fall asleep)

THE SERENS METHOD
-choose a method you would usually do
-when you wake up you should still be in your or
-the point is to not get sad about waking up and thinking you "didnt shift"
-when you wake up you should hear a knock on your door
- open your door and your dr should be on the other side
-walk in and have fun!!

THE GHOST METHOD
-be relaxed, meditate a bit
-now imagine your soul rising up out of your or body
-keep rising up into the clouds, then a door should appear
-walk into this door, it will be you walking into your dr
-now imagine your "ghost" taking a tour of your dr
-once you are done with the tour, imagine your dr self sleeping in your dr bedroom, and your "ghost" merging with your dr self
-fall asleep, and you should wake up in your dr

THE FALLING METHOD
-sit down for 2 minutes to calm your mind and body
-lay down in any comfortable position
-imagine your running on a cliff in slow motion
-then imagine yourself falling off that cliff into the ocean, or a field of flowers if you dont like the ocean
-while ur falling whisper "im shifting into _____ please save me now"
-once you have hit the ground or water imagine someone from your dr reaching out their hand to pull you out of the water or flowers
-after you feel your chest jerk, open your eyes and you should be there
(i recommend listening to ocean sounds or nature sounds)

THE STAIRS METHOD
-imagine your walking up stairs and when you reach he top there is a mirror and really concentrate on yourself and how you look because this is the last tine you will see you or self before you shift
-when you feel you are ready to shift turn around and there should be someone form you dr and they should say "are you ready to go? and you should reply yes
-they will lead you to a door
-when the door opens you should see your dr, walk in
-then go to sleep without moving and you should wake up in your dr
