Anti-Gravity Charm
Incantation: Gravitas Levavi
Pronunciation: (grav-EE-tas lev-A-vee)
Wand Movement: While saying Gravitas, pushing wand, not sharply, but forcefully down, wand extended with tip level with the floor, pointing at the intended spot. Then, while saying Levavi, pull wand up gently, tip still pointed, as if it is being relieved of a burden.
Effect: This spell causes an area or room, or even house to be resistant to gravity for anywhere from a few minutes to 6 hours. Anyone or anything in that area will become weightless.
What it Looks Like: Things become weightless, resistant to gravity.
Note:: You should concentrate on how anti-gravity would feel: a floating sensation (or weightlessness).
Pet Commander Charm
Incantation: Accipio Delicium
Pronunciation: (a-CIP-pi-o de-LI-ci-um)
Wand Movement: Point wand at the pet and jab down on the CIP.( To signify sitting) Then create three clockwise gentle spirals to the right, ending on the LI. (To signify rolling over) Then, jab upwards towards the pet to finish the incantation. (To signify standing up.) Finally, while still pointing at the pet, say the command you want the pet to perform..
Effect: This spell allows the caster to tell a pet to do a command. The spell is useful when training young pets, as they will learn the commands because it's required to say what command you want performed.
What it Looks Like: When performed correctly, your wand will emit a faint gray fog which will surround the pet and then the pet will perform the command. If the wand movement is not performed correctly, the pet will not perform the command.Sicamianus
Incantation: Siciamianus
Pronunciation: (sic-AM-IA-nus)
Wand Movement: A 'c' shape and then a long line upwards.
Effect: This spell makes something sticky.
What it Looks Like: Your wand shoots out red light.
Sonic Charm
Incantation: Sonora Strepitus
Pronunciation: (so-NO-rah streh-pi-TOOS)
Wand Movement: Circular motion before pointing the wand at the target.
Effect: It disturbs the target by emitting a loud sound.
What it Looks Like: The wand will emit a brilliant white light if successfully casted and a light brown glow if unsuccessful.
Note: To perform the spell successfully, you have to think of loud sounds.
The Jukebox Spell
Incantation: Sonus Personat
Pronunciation: (SO-nus per-SO-nat)
Wand Movement: Start the incantation and wand movement at the same time, perform a single loop anticlockwise and then, in a fluid motion, draw a straight line up. At this point the first word should be finished. During the pronounciation of “Personat”, the wand prescribes an elegant wave movement that starts to the right and could be described as the lower half of the letter “S”. As the wand movement finishes, the incantation should be done, too. All in all, the wand movement strongly resembles an eighth note.
Effect: The purpose of this spell can already be guessed from the incantation: it can be used to generate music from a certain instrument, which needs to be in range of the caster. Whenever one can’t stand the silence, but is either unable or unwilling to play an instrument him-/herself, he/she can cast this simple spell to fill the air with beautiful sounds. Depending on the concentration exerted, the music can last up to thirty seconds.
What it Looks Like: The wand produces a few sparks that proceed to surround the bewitched instrumentNote: For obvious reasons, the focus needs to be on the instrument from which the music is supposed to sound. If the caster can’t decide between instruments, or accidentally thinks of another one instead, the spell will not be successful. At the same time, which already makes this spell a demanding one, the caster needs to have a song in mind, which then sounds, as the spell won’t allow spontaneously generated music. The quality of the music played for you greatly depends on the willpower you exert when The Jukebox Spell is cast. If the wizard or witch half-heartedly casts the spell, the music rising from the instrument will presumably resemble noise rather than music. Although one could think that a certain amount of musical talent is needed to successfully cast the spell, this is not the case. As previously mentioned, the concentration exerted while casting this spell (and afterwards) can evoke a short piece of - previously chosen – music that lasts up to thirty seconds and then gently decays. If only little concentration is used, the melody will already be over after a few seconds, if not after a single sound.
