History Of The Wizarding Money
Chapter 1
The Gallon,Sickle and Knut were created by Sebastian Crawlet in 1706. In those times the Gallon,Sickle and knut were just different shaped rocks which could be traded for different amounts of wheat. This method was quickly stamped out just 3 months later, because people were just picking up any old rock from the ground and getting free wheat. Just before Sebastian died he wrote a book, of how he dreamed of the Gallon,Sickle and knut would advance in to circular lumps of metal which every wizard in the world would use.
