My Journal for Shifting to Hogwarts

I know hearing other peoples experience can help and motivate you when trying to shift. Occasionally I will explain shifting concepts. Message me on here if you would like me to explain certain shifting concepts.

Chapter 2
What are symptoms these are basically signs you are close to shifting. Here are things I've experienced.
When my eyes are closed I see shadows.
Spinning.
I usually listen to rain sounds with subs when I try to shift so naturally I think that in my DR (desired reality) it is raining but my airpods died so I couldn't listen to it but I hear rain.
I scripted I'd smell a strong fruity aroma when I shifted (well duh I smelled an intense fruity aroma.
I smelled old spice deodorant (don't laugh but I scripted my significant other in my DR smelled like that.
One time I was just thinking how much I want to be in my DR i was staring at a tiny green light speck in my room my vision of the rest of the room began to blur and then I could only see black and that green speck.
I also believe that I shifted for a short moment here's my reasons: you know how you wake up for a tiny sec then fall back asleep. I believe I woke up in my DR for a tiny sec and fell back asleep. Also my dreams are always long and there's no logic to them. When I woke up in my DR I felt groggy and I felt something on my in my head I said "Oh that's just my cat (btw I only have a cat in my DR) I must have shifted" then I fell back asleep. I have had dreams about my DR and like I said they were long and had no logic.
I have felt disconnected from this reality for a while now months before I found out about shifting I would wake up and it felt like my actions were happening 5 seconds later than I was doing it.
Anyways there's probably so much more I coul list but right now I feel brain dead because I just got finished with school. Good thing is I have thanksgiving break this week and I will hopefully write more and keep you updated.
