I know hearing other peoples experience can help and motivate you when trying to shift. Occasionally I will explain shifting concepts. Message me on here if you would like me to explain certain shifting concepts.

New Shifting Method?? 3/2/21
Chapter 10
Okay before I go on hiatus I'd like to tell you a new method I've tried and it feels like I'm the closest I've ever been. The lucid dream method!! Lucid dreaming is when your aware your dreaming and can control your choices in your dream. You can use this to get to your DR because you know in dreams crazy stuff happens that isn't logical. That's because when your asleep your left side (logic side aka the one thats says "oh shifting isn't real") is turned off. If you don't know how to Lucid dream here are the steps.
1.) Meditate
2.)Repeat Affirmations
3.) Set Alarm to wake you up in about 3 hrs (this is so when you wake up you'll be in the cycle of sleep that is able to lucid dream)
4.) Sleep
5.) Wake up from alarm
6.) Repeat affirmations
7.) sleep
This should get you to lucid dream but if not don't worry keep trying. Also there are foods that induce lucid dreaming such as:
Cheese
Spicy food
Milk
Candy
Pizza
Also to help you realize your dreaming do reality check basically look at the time does it match the way it looks outside? Do these when your not dreaming so it's a habit for you when you are dreaming.
Once your in your dream pull out a wand or a magic stick and make a portal say,"this will lead me to my desired reality when I wake up"
For me I always notice I'm dreaming since I constantly think about shifting I just say "oh i shifted" or "oh i'm dreaming so I can shift". I've attempted making the portal once in my dream but instead of making a portal with wands i cut a circle in a wall with a knife.
