My challenge to you

Chapter 1
In most, if not all your magical lessons you need to concentrate your mind and look inwards towards what yourself.

As a great tool I was taught to meditate. Perhaps you are muggle-born but have done yoga or another practice it is perfect. People I have met in other countries such as China and India have perhaps the strongest practice.

Personally, I used to meditate at night before bed to release the energy that I had used during the day. I was taught practises in Defence against the Dark Arts, Charms and Transfiguration. I could use various breathing techniques and also various ways to focus. If I was going to have a particularly stressful say I would meditate twice if not three times during the day.

I suggest that you make it something you do at home too. I challenge you to do a 30 day challenge. Let me know if you manage it. I think you will feel more enriched in your daily lives. If you already do it then try a challenge of doing something else and let me know how it goes. You will be finished by Christmas!!! Just ten minutes and you will find a lot inside yourself.
