There's a lot... but... I'm going to pick the time I transfigured into a quidditch goal post and they had to score a goal by throwing balls through me.

The short answer is that I have never peed myself in public. The most embarrassing thing would be when my uncle made me reveal my "true form" in front of the whole school after a teacher had told him that I had collapsed several times in class. I went from looking "normal" to "anorexic" in seconds. It was horrible.
