By the time they had arrived at hogwarts it seemed the Rumor was that they were dating though they hadn't talked about it in the slightest about Dating but then again they hadn't really talked about anything much after kissing though they talked a bit about their summer. 

when they entered the great hall Iris looked at him and mumbled "you can sit with your friends... i will sit with Hazel and a few of her friends" she then hurried off before he spoke. she didn't want to embarrass him because he was popular and everyone liked him. 

Wayne sighed and walked over to James and Lucas. they looked half amused and Lucas said "did you finally get the courage to kiss her" he asked and Wayne nodded but his shoulders were slouched "i didn't tell her i liked her or ask if we could date.... so she thinks.... hell i don't even know what she thinks" he said and glared when they started to laugh very hard. "dude you need to tell her or else someone else might try" James said and Wayne looked annoyed "but how... she is very special but it is hard to know what she likes most of the time" he said and Lucas pointed saying "that is your key".he was pointing at Hazel and Iris who were chatting and Iris laughed at whatever had been said. 

"Hazel is close to her and she could  tell you" Lucas said and Wayne looked uncertain. "have you talked to her? she is practically a slytherin" he said and they gave him a look. "fine i will ask her but  one of you has to sidetrack Iris so she doesn't know"he said not realizing that could lead to problems. James and Lucas agreed readily though even they could see holes in that logic.
