On the 11th of January, Snape tells Harry that he is teaching him occlumency because Dumbledore asked him to. On the 13th of January, Snape starts teaching Harry occlumency every Monday and Wednesday. Snapes worst memory was revealed to Harry in early April and so occlumency lessons ended. Snape gets put on probation in early June by Dolores Umbridge for refusing to brew more Veritaserum. Snape saves Harry’s life by informing Dumbledore that they went to the department of mysteries. Snape saves Dumbledores life after he was injured from destroying the horcrux ring in late June. Snape makes an unbreakable vow with Narcissa Malfoy to look after Draco Malfoy. In September, Snape becomes Dark Arts professor after all his hard work. On the 2nd of September, Snape tries to jinx Harry in class but Harry retaliates and gets detention. On the 14th September, Harry has his detention with Snape. Snape tried to get Draco to let him help him on the 20th December.
