>>a child of a witch or wizard with no magical abilities. They still possess the limited ability to detect magical activity or use magical devices
-Pure-bloods:
>>witches or wizards whit no muggle on their bloodline. Their blood is purely magical
-Half-blood:
>>witch or wizard witch or wizard with one magical parent and one non-magical or muggle-born parent
-muggle-born:
>>witch or wizard with two muggle parents
SPELLCASTING COMPONENTS
-incantation
>>the "magic words" that you have to say
-pronunciation
>>the way of saing the incantation in order for it to work
-wand movement
>> tha shapes you make in the air with your wand to help a spell
-willpower
>>the magical strength and focus needed to correctly perform a spell
-Consentration
>>centering your mind on your magic and the desired effect in order to make a spell work
HOVER CHARM
once upon an object thet you are phisically touching in some way, it allows you to move that object up and down
-incantation: Levioso (lev-ee-O-so)
-Wand movement: inward spiral then upward flik
-Wlillpower: moderate; determines how heavy the object is
-Concentration: none
ROCKET CHARM
its only capable of propelling an object staight up into the air and back down again
-incantation: alerte ascendere (A-lar-tay-a-SEN-day-ray)
-Wand movement: Quick swish
-Willpower: High; determines how high the object will ascend before falling
-Concentration: none
FLOATING CHARM
objects can be levitated a handful into the air and can only be moved up and down
-incantation: Fluito (floo-EE-toe)
-Wand movement: Jab then upward flick
-Willpower: High to very high depending on the weight and distance of the target
-Concentration: moderate
LEVITATION CHARM
it allows you to levitate and control the movement of an obyect (the best out of all the seen in these lesson)
-incatation: Wingardium Leviosa (win-GAR-dee-um levi-O-sa)
-Willpower: low
