Doxy
Classified as XXX (competent wizard should be able to cope), the doxy is a minute fairy-like pest covered in coarse black hairs. It has an extra pair of arms and legs along with a double row of sharp teeth. Much like that of a beetle's, their shiny wings are thick and curved. Their venom is highly poisonous, and an antidote should be taken immediately. Preferring colder climates, doxies are found throughout Northern Europe and Eastern America.
Doxies commonly reside in drapery and can be dispatched easily with a simple Knockback Jinx or Doxycide. Their queens, who are capable of laying up to 500 eggs at once, are more resilient to repelling attempts.
