Methods

Chapter 4
There are so many methods in shifting, but the one I use and recommend is called the raven method. I will give a brief summary of all methods here, but I will later walk you through the method I use and my entire process.

Before Shifting

First you want to lay down somewhere comfortable (couch, bed, etc.) Make sure that this is a place you know you will not be distracted or interrupted. Lay on your back and position yourself like a star (starfish position). Put on some head phones and put on some subliminals then close your eyes. I also recommend meditating, cleaning your room, showering, and doing all homework or chores before shifting. You want to be as calm and relaxed as possible, and you don't want any anxieties or worries on your mind.

Raven Method

Count from 1 to 100, and in between each number say "I have shifted" or "I am shifting". Try to visualize what you look like, what your DR looks like, etc. Once you have counted to 100, repeat affirmations until you fall asleep. Examples of affirmations include: I have shifted to my Desired Reality, I have shifted to Hogwarts, I am finally at Hogwarts, I am in my Desired Reality.

Elevator Method

Imagine yourself in an elevator and each passing floor your energy gets higher (you can imagine each floor as a different reality if you want). Once your energy gets high enough, land on a floor. see the doors open and it should be your Desired Room. Walk in and you should see your desired self sleeping, and visualize slowly pulling your conscious out and putting it in your Desired Reality self. Then, while staying in their body, go to sleep. You should wake up in your Desired Reality.

Pillow Method

This method involves writing down affirmations on a piece of paper, repeating them before bed and sleeping with the paper under your pillow. I also recommend putting your script under your pillow as well.

Alice in Wonderland Method

Imagine yourself sitting against a tree. Sit here until a person from your DR runs past you. Run after them. Chase them until they fall down into a rabbit hole. Jump in after them and fall for as long as you want. When you are done falling, you will see a locked door and a key. Use the key to unlock the door. You will see the person you were chasing. When they ask you "Are you ready to go?" take their hand and they will lead you to your DR room. Walk in and you should see your desired self sleeping, and visualize slowly pulling your conscious out and putting it in your Desired Reality self. Then, while staying in their body, go to sleep. You should wake up in your Desired Reality.

Piano Method

Visualize yourself in a big hall/grand room. It can look however you want. People fill the room, and there is chatter all around you (you don't need to know the people). You see a grand piano and a seat in front of it in the middle of the room (it doesn't matter what the piano/stool look like). You are wearing elegant clothes. You walk into the room and go to sit down in front of the piano. You play a song. Your only concern is that song. Let the song take over you and calm you. Visualize your fingers dancing across the keys and listen to the music you play. As you finish the song, the room erupts into applause. You stand up and bow. You say, "It's time for me to go home." You walk through the entrance where someone from your DR is waiting for you. They hold out their hand. You take it and they lead you away from everyone. You walk into a corridor, filled with doors. A dark brown door with a shining gold handle catches your eye. The person from your DR leads you to that door. They open it and you're met with a bright white light. "Welcome home," the person says, gesturing you through the door. You step into the light and are surrounded by stars. It's beautiful. You're calm, safe, and happy. Repeat affirmations to yourself such as I am shifting, I am capable of shifting, etc. When you feel as though the light is gone, physically open your eyes. You should be in your DR.
