UPDATED Intro to shifting and how to do it. I will include my script, templates, and tips, as well as a bunch of shifting methods. I'm also going to use this to track my progress with trying to shift.

What is Shifting?

What is Shifting?
Shifting (sometimes called reality shifting) is a method of training your mind to enter a new reality. It is the process of consciously moving from one reality to another by tapping into a frequency (the feeling) of the Desired Reality you want to go to. This reality already exists, you just have to get there.
Is it Safe?
Yes! You can never be permanently stuck in your DR (Desired Reality), and you can leave whenever you choose. Shifting has actually been proven possible by the CIA.
What Happens When You Shift?
When you shift, your body will still be physically in your current reality. This body is called your clone. Your consciousness/soul is in your Desired Reality, leaving your body behind. Your clone in your Desired Reality is not an emotionless robot, in fact it is super similar to you!

When you shift, you can look however you want, be whoever you want, and be with anyone you want. You can shift to any alternate reality you desire. I recommend choosing a reality that has already been written about (a fictional reality), like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which I will be shifting to. In order to shift, I recommend scripting out your Desired Reality. This essentially means writing yourself in a fan fiction (although it doesn't have to be as detailed) so you can plan exactly what you want.
