Sorting Characters in Avatar: The Last Airbender into Hogwarts Houses
Aang-Hufflepuff
Aang has elements of all four houses (which makes a lot of sense), but his emphasis on nonviolence and fun makes me think he would choose to be in Hufflepuff.
Katara-Ravenclaw
Katara is also a very hard sort, but the fact that she is sometimes the voice of reason in the group makes me think she would want to be Ravenclaw.
Sokka-Gryffindor
Sokka is a warrior by nature, so even though he has elements of all the houses I think he would feel most at home in Gryffindor.
Toph-Gryffindor
The way Toph always jumps into a situation head first reveals that she would likely be Gryffindor.
Zuko-Slytherin
In every situation, Zuko is driven by his goals. Since ambition is a Slytherin trait, he would fit right in.
Uncle Iroh-Hufflepuff
Hopefully everyone has a loving and caring figure like him in their life. The fact that he cares so much for others shows that he is Hufflepuff.
Suki-Gryffindor.
Suki is a warrior, so she would definitely fit in well with Gryffindor.
Azula-Gryffindor.
Many people would think that Azula is Slytherin, but I think she is Gryffindor. She never seemed to have a real goal to me, she simply did what her father told her. Slytherins care a lot about their families so she would never fight Zuko if she was Slytherin (unless it was a “nobody hurts my brother but me” situation).
Ty Lee-Hufflepuff.
Ty Lee’s bubbly personality makes her seem to me like someone who belongs in Hufflepuff.
Mai-Gryffindor.
Mai is just looking for fun and action, which definitely makes her seem Gryffindor to me.
Yue-Gryffindor
I think Yue is Gryffindor because she was brave enough to sacrifice herself.
Firelord Ozai-Slytherin
The fact that he was cunning enough to plan is takeover of the world so perfectly makes me think he’s Slytherin.
