What happened to her?

I was walking around the grounds looking for anymore Death Eaters. I saw her lying there. She was bleeding and she was unconscious so I got her here as fast as I could. 

How along ago was this?

Probably an hour or two. 

I slowly opened my eyes as I felt a soft hand rubbing my head. A tall handsome 5th year prefect and Madam Pomfrey were standing above me with worried looks. Anna was sitting beside me. She had a bloody nose and her eyes was black. She sat there tears sliding down her cheeks. 

"What's wrong?" I asked her. But the. I remembered. Jane was dead. We sat there in an endless hug for the longest time. I needed fresh air. I started to get up and got about 10 feet away before my legs gave out and I fell and hit my head on the floor.  The prefect came over and picked me up. He layed me back on the cot. And told me to stay down. He then explained what had happened after I had gone unconscious. Voldemort was dead. He also said I had killed at least 20 Death Eaters and how I was brave. After that something was poured into my mouth and sent me into a dreamless sleep.
