Lily was stealthily following following the three Slytherins when she felt a cold hand wrap around her arm. Lily gasped and felt a hand over her mouth. She was pulled into the nearest classroom before that person let go of her. She spun around to see the person but instead saw nothing.

"That's odd," Lily muttered.

"I'm actually pretty normal, Evans."

"Potter?" Lily frowned looking around.

"The one and only," James smirked as he pull off his Invisibility Cloak.

Lily was facing the other direction so he tapped her on the shoulder.

"What are you doing here?" Lily scowled.

"I could ask you the same question," James shrugged.

"What I am doing is none of your concern," Lily said as she moved to open the door.

"You see I'd like to disagree with that Evan," James caught her wrist.

"Let go of me," Lily glared at James.

"Not until you tell me what you're doing."

"Let go of me or I'll scream bloody murder."

"Tell me what you're doing or I'll tell Dumbledore you're sneaking around and you look awfully suspicious."

"You're going to get in trouble too."

"The thing is I don't care if I get detention. But you'll care. This is what, going to be your sixth time getting detention. You can lose that prefect badge badge if you reach seven."

"Can you at least let go of my arm?"

"Sure thing."

Lily was still glaring at James and James was staring back.

"Having fun staring at my beautiful face," James grinned.

"I'm not staring," Lily said.

"Looks like it to me," James shrugged.

"Yeah, well you must be blind," Lily said turning away.

"Dang it. My parents told me when I got these glasses I wouldn't be blind anymore," James shook his head.

"You're an idiot."

"But I'm a very good looking idiot>"

"What are you doing here?" Lily sighed.

We've been over this, Evans."

"How about this. I'll tell you what I'm doing her if you tell what you're doing here."

"Deal."

"You first."

"I was following you. Now your turn."

"I was going to the bathroom."

"Now the real answer."

"I was following Snape and his friends."

"Look at that. A little mudblood was following us. That's not good."
