I was in Spain, lamenting the fact that I wouldn't be home to the US by the release date, and everyone would have the book read before I got back. I went into this department store one day because it was really hot out and nothing else was open (and they had cute clothes there), and right inside the doors was this HUGE display of the final novel. In ENGLISH! And it was untouched. I felt like I had found the Holy Grail! I had the book read, twice, before anyone of my family or friends in the US even had it - no waiting in line at midnight required!
