"Happy birthday, Albus!" Albus woke up and found his parents and Lily at his bed.

  "Hi. Wait, what? Never mind. Ummm thanks."

  "Get dressed and we can go out for your Birthday Breakfast in Diagon Alley." Albus threw on a shirt and an athletic pair of shorts. It was one of his favorite times if the year. Ginny was friends with the chef in the Leaky Cauldron. The chef would always prepare him a marvelous breakfast for no charge.

  He raced downstairs and skipped to the fireplace. "You first, Harry." Harry took a handful of Floo Powder and shouted, "Diagon Alley!" He disappeared in a bright green flash. Next, Lily went. Then it was Albus's turn. He scooped some Floo Powder into his hands and sprinkled it over his feet. "Diagon Alley!"

   "Out of the way, Potter!" Scorpius ordered.

  "No! Scorpius! Don't kill him!" James pleaded.

  "You heard me the first time. I'm going to kill Albus because he is getting in the way of my relationship."

  "No. I don't remember exactly, but he means something to me."

  "You think he actually CARES about you?!'

  "YES!"

  "Will this stop you?" Malfoy scratched his face with his wand. James instantly felt a hot searing pain race through his head. There was no blood, but there was pain.

As Albus traveled up and down the fireplace network, he heard Harry land. Then he heard a scream. It was Lily. He recognized it immediately. Then he heard a sneer that could only belong to a Malfoy. 

 "Hello, Lily," he heard Scorpius say. "You're coming with me." There was a silence. Albus landed in the ice cream shop. But something was wrong. All the lights were off and all the blinds were down. A dark figure started towards him. Albus backed up into the fireplace until he realized it was James.

  As Albus looked at him closley he noticed some changes. James was at least half a foot taller and looked more mature. He had a scar running from his eye to lip.

  "Who are you? Are you Albus Potter?"

  "Shut up. You know who I am. Don't play dumb."

  "I-I think I know who you are."

  "Since when have you not!"

  "Are you my BROTHER?"

  "Oh, yes," Albus said sarcastically. "I JUST joined the family."

  "Look. Albus. I got this scar because Scorpius Malfoy fought with me. He said that he's going to kill you. Believe me. Stay away from Scorpius."

  "Why should I? Im trying to be the GOOD guy here, unlike YOU. I'll be the one that stops the Death Killers. I'm going."

  "But-"

  Albus picked some of the Floo Powder out of his fingernails and shouted,"Madam Hotche's Magical Diner!" Faintly, Albus could hear, "Happy birthday!"
