“Er, Sorry for that Professor” said Draco, “Yes, very sorry,” I agreed. I felt quite embarrassed with everybody looking at us. He may be my best friend but he and Harry never got on and the tension was always easily sliceable.

“Quite a surprise to see you, Draco. I thought you didn’t believe in my dreams.” I could have easily sliced Harry open myself at this comment, sometimes he could be just…grrr.

“I don’t, but I trust your luck.” I couldn’t believe it Draco Malfoy being the bigger man. I knew he had it in him. Astoria always brought it out though. As we made our way down to the Forbidden Forest Harry, Ron and Hermione seemed to push ahead and Draco and I ended up at the back.

“I’m really proud of the way you handled that” I told Draco.

“Isn’t that what you always say to do?” I was confused I couldn’t work out what he meant. “Do it for Cedric. You say it under your breath all the time”.

My cheeks went red “do I? I’ve never noticed” We carried on walking. I have never known it take that long to get to the Forbidden Forest before, not even in the midst of the Battle of Hogwarts. We heard voices up ahead and yet it felt like we weren’t moving. We split up walking around, calling them, but they were nowhere to be found.
